What are your standard payment terms for international projects?
For standard and mid-scale commissions, we typically utilize industry-standard T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Our standard schedule requires a 50% down payment to initiate production, with the remaining 50% balance settled upon production completion and photographic verification, prior to dispatch.
For monumental engineering projects, we offer a milestone-based payment structure to facilitate project cash flow management: 30% mobilization fee upon contract execution; 30% progress payment upon fabrication completion; 20% upon shipment (On-board); and the final 20% balance settled after successful on-site installation and final acceptance.
Can we include a "Penalty Clause" for delivery delays in the contract?
Absolutely. To ensure full project accountability, we are willing to incorporate liquidated damages or penalty clauses into our agreements for all bespoke sculpture commissions. These penalties are typically calculated as a daily percentage of the total contract value. Do you offer on-site installation services at the destination port?
Absolutely. For monumental sculptures, we can dispatch a professional Engineering Team to provide on-site international installation services. For mid-scale works, we supply comprehensive installation protocols and remote technical support to facilitate a seamless setup at your location.
How is after-sales service managed for large-scale sculptures?
Wensculp provides a comprehensive 2-year warranty for all monumental installations. Excluding instances of human-induced or intentional damage, we offer complimentary and unconditional restoration services.
