How It's Made
Six stages, all under one roof. Nothing is cut until you approve the 3D model or maquette.
You send a drawing, rendering, photo or concept.
Develop 3D models based on your drawings for approval and refinement.
Develop foam prototypes based on 3D data and precision-cut 304/316 stainless steel plates to approved dimensions.
Weld and manually hammer-form modules to create the final full-scale figure sculpture.
Welds dressed, surface mirror or matte polished.
Colored/PVD finish, then crated and installed.

Material Truth
Much of what is sold cheaply is thin plated or painted carbon steel that rusts and fades. Wensculp fabricates 304 or 316 stainless throughout.

Monumental Capability
From life-size to over-life-size monumental figures
We engineer the internal armature, fabricate the figure in sections where needed, and assemble seamlessly on site so the joins disappear into the form. Large outdoor work is reviewed for wind and structural loads before fabrication.
Anchor plates and foundation drawings are supplied for your contractor, so the figure is engineered for permanent display before it ships.

304 stainless suits most indoor and inland outdoor sites. 316 adds molybdenum for superior corrosion resistance and is recommended for coastal, poolside or marine environments.
Mirror polish, brushed and matte, colored coating and PVD titanium finishes are all available, including combined and multi-tone finishes on a single figure.
Most custom figure sculptures take 30 to 60 days depending on size, finish and complexity, plus shipping. Monumental commissions are scheduled individually.
Pieces are crated or engineered in sections for sea freight, shipped worldwide, and installed on site by our team or with detailed anchoring drawings for your local contractor.
