How It's Made
Eight stages, all under one roof. Nothing is molded until you approve the 3D model and foam master.
We build a 3D model of your giraffe from your photos, reference or the height and color you want.
A 1:1 foam master of the giraffe is CNC-carved and hand-refined until the proportions match a real giraffe.
The giraffe is split into sections; silicone split molds with plaster jackets capture the markings cleanly.
Resin and fiberglass mats are hand-laid over the molds to form the giraffe's lightweight FRP body.
Legs, body and long neck are joined with internal fiberglass overlap for a seamless form.
A galvanized steel frame runs through the legs and neck — essential for a tall giraffe to stand safely.
Hand-painted realistic markings or art color, sealed with a UV-resistant topcoat.
